I offer an initial free 20-minute phone consultation. 

55-minute individual therapy sessions are $160.

For insurance, I accept Premera, Lifewise and plans associated under the Premera PPO network. For all other insurances, I am happy to provide documentation that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

I realize therapy can be cost prohibitive. I offer a set number of sliding scale spots for those in need. Please inquire to discuss further.

Payment is due at the time of service.
